By nature I am a lover of all things health and fitness as well as a qualified trainer and exercise specialist. I have a passion for helping other people achieve their dream physique and fitness goals that they‘ve always desired.

I created Fit vision by Polina to empower you to live your life as the best version of YOU.  To help you develop more confidence, deepen your inner strength, and make choices that not only make you proud of yourself but to be a role model to others.

I am here to share the knowledge I have and help you make the best choices for yourself, so you can achieve the result you are looking for while enjoying the journey along the way. 

All my years in the fitness industry have taught me that a healthy and fit body starts with a positive outlook on life, commitment, self belief, desire for perfection but also the ability to have fun.

I know from my own experience how I change my health habits and my body when I was over 40 years old and continue improving my achievements, as well as setting new goals every day!

Now, in my 49 years, I feel more than ever stronger, healthier, energetic, loving myself and enjoying the compliments of other!

Mostly people, who are seriously involved in the fitness industry and have good knowledge of information, are really aware how hard it is to achieve and maintain good shape and physique after a certain age. But although a cliché, everything is possible if you put your heart and soul into and dedicate yourself.

I believe that if you train your inner self to enjoy the process of nutrition and training on your dream physique, anything is achievable.
