The personal training program is a program of workouts for 12 weeks that you can do at home or at the gym.
Each workout is featured with a detailed photos and step-by step instructions to properly perform each exercise. That will guarantee you a result in the problem area you are looking for.
It’s developed after a completed questionnaire with measures, purpose, activity, training (at home or at gym) and others, focusing on the problem areas you want and the goals you are after.
Each training program includes also recommendations for add-ons to help you achieve your goals, as well as email consultation if you have any questions during running the program.
