1 egg
100 g dates
130 g orange (1 medium)
50 g butter (maybe coconut if you want without dairy)
85 g of chickpeas
80 g flour spelled (can rice or otherwise if you want gluten free)
30 g of walnuts

The dates are broken with the egg. The orange is peeled and blended, then the walnuts are also ground for a while. I like larger pieces of walnuts left to crunch. I put the essence of lemon and vanilla. You can put orange if you have. This will reinforce the unbelievable aroma of cookies!
Dough does not become the typical, hard biscuit dough. Stable fluffy, soft and sticky. Spoon the spoon with the mixture and the cookies are placed in a tray covered with baking paper. To make it easier for you to peel the dough out of the spoon, immerse it in hot water before each shot. 12 cookies are received. Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven, about 15 minutes.
