Chocolate Protein Bliss Balls


12 dates

1 cup almond meal

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup chocolate protein power

1 tablespoon chia seeds


Add dates, almond meal and coconut into a food processor. Process on height speed for 20 sec.

Scrape down sides of bowl and add in cacao, protein powder, chia seeds and coconut oil. Process on high for 30 sec. …keep blending until the mixture combines together.

Roll into bite sized balls.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
