I haven’t been eating white bread for years. Sometimes, when I want to eat bread I prepare spelt bread.  I adore it!

Although, we don’t need to deprive anything, just have to find a healthy version.

I’m going to share the recipe for my bread with you:

Ingredients:

2 cups spelt flour

1 cup yogurt

1 cup water

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. bi-carbonate  soda

1 tsp.sugar

1 egg

20 grams butter

Method:

Mix all ingredients together(if is not thick enough add more flour ) and put it in a tray lined with a little bit of butter. Bake in a preheated oven(180 C) for about 45 minutes.
